After much discussion, we finally decided to add to our flock. Now, along with Gelsa [Green Cheeked Conure 5], Gracie [Congo African Grey, 18 months], and Ginger [Senegal 8 months], comes baby Green Wing, 5 months!
It was a tough decision both financially and in greater commitment, because all of our birds are youngsters. The though being.... if they grow up together, they may all be happier and better off for it. I guess we will see about that.

Hi I Have a red headed amazon, and i only got him a week from now and im a first timer trainer for parrots. and how do i earn his trust do i have to do the clicker training first? and everytime i bond with him on the table he either fly`s or walks away. and everytime i put my finger on the bottom of his feet or even if im not even that close to his feet he gets his mouth ready to peck me and they peck really hard? how do i train him! its complicated!
